Our story
Mia Treasure, a mother and massage therapist, has had thoughts of opening her own apothecary shop for years. Now with her two daughters, that dream is a reality!
The family moved to Missouri in 2020 from Washington State and have since been integrating into the community.
Mia was always inspired by her own mother who was a midwife and practiced natural healing and remedies throughout her childhood. They had often talked about someday opening a business together. Sadly, Mia’s mom passed in 2024. She knows her mom would be so proud of what they’ve created, and now with her daughters they can carry on a legacy that started in her home.
Ruby, the oldest daughter, has found an interest in herbalism and she and Mia enjoy creating natural remedies together. Whether it’s through books, testing new formulations, or in the garden, she is always working to broaden her knowledge.
Gwen, the younger daughter, went to massage therapy school after graduating high school and now practices alongside her mom. She is also a published author of a children’s book teaching inclusivity and perseverance for children with disabilities.
They opened their store in August 2025 with the hopes of growing their connection to their community and providing a holistic, natural approach to daily health.

Licensed Massage Therapist & Stretch CoachI am a wife and mom of four. I am a licensed massage therapist with over twelve years of experience in treatment and relaxation. I have a passion for natural health and wellness. I love to learn and teach. I am excited to create a space of learning and resources for our local community. Getting to do that with my two daughters is just an added bonus!
Gwen Treasure
Licensed Massage Therapist & Social Media ManagerI took inspiration from my mother and got my massage license in 2023 after attending St. Louis Med Tech. I love to create and have included several of my beginner crochet projects in the store as well as my children’s book that teaches inclusivity and perseverance.
Ruby Treasure
HerbalistI am a beginner herbalist. I began studying herbalism more seriously after being diagnosed with a chronic illness and struggling to find affective care. I now strive to continue my education and help others dealing with chronic fatigue, pain, and stress.
